M Property has signed with Marriott International to bring the Gold Coast’s first Westin to 3321 Surfers Paradise Boulevard: 138 keys across levels 6 to 25, operated by La Vie Hotels & Resorts, opening late 2029.
At the crown of the tower sit forty residences, independently owned and serviced, with a separate arrival and a release of their own.

The distinction begins at the door.
Residents arrive through their own entrance and travel by their own lifts, past the hotel rather than through it. Downstairs, the Westin serves its guests. Home begins separately.
